I just finished up these cute snowmen. The snowman with the tinsel is wearing an outfit made from a vintage blanket and the santa snowman is wearing an outfit made from shop rags - unused of course. These darling guys are made from a pattern by Sweet Meadows Farm.

Snowman Frames

I just finished making these frames last night, and really like how they came out -my son even wants to make one for his teacher for Christmas. The words are cut from vinyl using my cricut - which is such a fun toy - I mean tool , and the faces are sewn by hand with velvet scraps for noses. I only had four of the larger frames, I wish I had more ,but I got 16 of the smaller ones made. Each snowman has a different face . I will have these at all of my shows and the Girl's Back Porch when I start bringing in Christmas.

First Santa of the Season

I've been working really hard making handmades for the up coming show season. I've been making my grubby spice candles, more cocoa and cider packets (they are just darling this year), candy canes. some collage blocks with copies of antique postcards and I've been fixing up some vintage pieces as well. This afternoon I just finished 6 of these Santas. He is made from a pattern from Bird in the hand Primitives ( I have here blog on my favorites list). I am really happy with how this jolly old soul came out. I'll be making more candle cozies next and I have some fun ideas for snowmen.

I also picked up a new show at Mission Mill here in Salem. I will posting with all of my shows and dates soon. Well I better get these old guys priced.
