Things for sale on EbAY

In a early post I stated that I was having problems with my van. It's running okay now, but it's days are numbered and my husband and I are done sinking $$$ into it. It has over 110,000 miles on it. So I thought  I would list somethings on ebay to help off set the cost of a "newer" van sometime this late spring. I don't have any crafts listed at this time (maybe I'll get there before I run out of steam). Right now it will be patterns and supplies. Some of these patterns are from my stash and some I purchased second hand. click here to go to my ebay page. I will be listing about 10 items each day. Some of my auctions don't state this but I will combine on shipping. Right now I'm using paypal for shipping so everything comes with delivery confirmation. Thanks for taking a peek.

More dolls for the Girl's Back Porch

I finished up four of these black dolls. I made the dresses from vintage flour and feed sacks that I have been collecting for awhile.  This doll is made from a pattern by Chestnut Junction. I still haven't made it to the store because of car problems - I'm hoping to make it tomorrow. I have the cutest kitchen table & chairs for the store and some other neat handmades.

Sweet Angels

I just finished these sweet angels up yesterday (I made 5 of each). Instead of using coffee or tea to antique them I used Brewax and I love the look. They will be at the store by Thursday.

Happy Birthday to Me

Today I turn 39 for the first time. I love birthdays and I am so lucky I get to spend it with the people I love most. Each year gets better and better. Although last year I got to spend my actual birthday in Disneyland with 80 degree weather - it is pretty hard to beat that. Today we are going out for breakfast and then to see The Princess and the Frog with a couple of friends and then dinner at my mother in-laws. It is going to be a super day!

Oh boy oh boy - I can hardly wait!

This March my wonderful hubby and I are going to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary at Disneyland! Last week I order our package ( I found a great price online with Get Away Today) and it arrived yesterday. I can hardly wait to go. My poor son has to stay here so he doesn't miss any school, but he will be staying with the grandparents and that should be fun too. We will drive down this summer and take him then - so he will still get a trip this year.

More goodies for the Porch

I finished a couple of more dolls for the store and two more stitcheries. I also repainted these neat sewing drawers I picked up at a garage sale a while back. I will be dropping these off items off later on today.

Here is the before of set of drawers and the after:

Fun Muppet post

My family and I are big fans of Disneyland and are planning on going this summer. I thought my son and I might do a day of volunteering early this summer and participate in this fun program. I was lucky enough last year to go on my birthday and receive a gift card ( I was already an annual pass member). Anyway enjoy!

Valentines

Well, I am finally back to crafting now - it always takes me a while to get back into the swing of things after the holidays. I started these dolls a couple of days before Christmas and just finished them tonight. I am going to the Girl's Back Porch to drop off Valentines goodies and  other treasures I've managed to pick up.  I hope to get some more dolls made soon, my space needs some more handmades and I love  to make Annies this time of year. These dolls are made from a Sweet Meadows Farm pattern. I'm not sure what price I  am going to put on them yet -  they sure were fun to make, but they were also a lot of work.
