Snowmen

I thought I would take a break from crafting and share some of the goodies I've finished up lately... As you can see snowmen are the theme of the week. I made another "batch" of the framed snowmen like last year. This year I was able to get more frames so there should be enough to go around. I finished up 2 snowmen on vintage wash boards, and 5 snowmen in vintage containers with lites.

This light will be $12 and is oh so darling.

Here is another grouping of snowmen. I'm working on the snowmen on the twig stars right now. I try now to say this very often, but they look so much cuter in person. I made 12 different snowmen in ladles and each one is different - some have hats or candy canes and each ladle is different. I also made a bunch of the wax cones and I just love them! They will be at Girl's Back Porch, Aunt Bee's and Blackberry Junction.

Snowman Stu is made from a super pattern by Homespun Hugs and Calico kisses. This guy will be at Blackberry Junction, but I have some others made up for Girl's Back Porch and Aunt Bee's too.
Tomorrow is the work day for Girl's Back Porch, so Tuesday I will be all Christmas ( I will try to remember my camera). On Tuesday Patti and I will be changing our booth out at Aunt Bee's to Christmas - so if you haven't made it down there to get some of the discounted fall goodies it's not too late yet.

Farmhouse Show

I'm sorry I've been such a bad blogger. I did remember to take my camera to the latest show I'm doing however.
The Farmhouse Show is October 21st through October 23rd and is located at The Turner Tabernacle 5605 Jubilee drive and is so worth the drive. It is from 10 am to 6 pm with free admission.
I am sharing a booth with Patti Campbell (just love her and her goodies). Here are the pictures of our booth.
Here are my tarts. I have more tarts than normal because I'm trying out my holiday scents at this show (my favorites are candy cane and nutcracker). I also have candle warmers and lots of jars for sale. These work great for burning these tarts and is a much cheaper solution than buying a tart warmer. Just a reminder, these tarts do not work in a Scentsy burner.
Patti's Green door is for sale and check out her neat sled.
I made ornaments like the pumpkins I made earlier in the season. I really like how they turned out.

Isn't this a great snowman of Patti's?
Here are some pictures of some of the other booths.
This is one of Carol's new quilts - I know I want one.

A little surprise ...

Okay - I'm a little too sick to post right now, but a short post won't hurt. I've got the creepy crud in my lungs and now it's running away with my voice - talk about torture.
Anyway that's not what I wanted to share, I was flipping through my latest issue of Country Sampler and there is a picture of my craft room advertising the home tour issue coming out this March. My home was photographed awhile back and I had my interview a way back too. It was exciting to see a sneak peek. It's the picture under the words " under construction". I only wished my room looked that clean now. My mom suggested I put the picture up in my room to motivate me, but I'm too busy making stuff for shows and the stores to clean. Yippee!
